Legend says Chuck wanted a burger so good it would make a grown man stare out the truck window in silence for a full minute. Then somebody asked for coffee. Chuck said, “Fine, but if we’re doing coffee, we’re doing it right.” So now we sling bold burgers, strong drinks, and enough attitude to wake up the parking lot.

Chuck’s Legacy
My Grandfather “Chuck” served in the Navy during WWII as an A&P mechanic. After serving his country, he became a corporate pilot and traveled around the world many times.
Whenever you asked Chuck what he was doing, his reply was always “just piddling.” Before long, he traded flying for cooking and began piddling in the kitchen.
All of us grandchildren loved his cooking, especially his fries. We still use Chuck’s World Famous Hand Cut Fry recipe today — always cut fresh in house daily.
